How to Use Yocan Orbit Dab Vape Pen

1. Remove the mouthpiece and load your material into the quartz bowl. Put the mouthpiece back on.
2. Press the power button 5 times to turn the device ON (5 presses on the power button to turn it OFF too). You should see the White LED light flash 5 times, confirming standby mode.
3. Connect the Atomizer (with the Mouthpiece) to the battery. You should see the White LED light ON for a second, confirming a successful connection. If the connection fails, the Red LED light will flash 5 times. Reconnect the atomizer to the base until the connection is successful.
4. Turn ON preheat mode by clicking the power button 2 times, and it will run for 10 seconds. Preheating will ensure maximum performance.
5. Select the preferred heat level by pressing the power button 3 times. Enjoy!

What should I do if my Yocan Orbit quartz pearls are not spinning?

Answer: Waxy pearls may not spin as clean as pearls. To clean the terp pearls, soak them in rubbing alcohol or isopropyl alcohol for a few minutes and wash them with hot water before using them again. If the pearls still won't spin, the next thing to check is the quartz chamber, and make sure it is clean. You may always choose to replace the Quartz Coilless Cup for the best performance.

After making sure that all parts are cleaned properly and the pearls still won't spin, check and ensure that the atomizer is tightly and securely attached. Please also check if the atomizer is not defective.
