We allow a generous window of 15 days from date of delivery to return or exchange any unused / unopened purchases that you feel may not be right for you. Due to health & hygienic reasons, we cannot stress enough that products must be unused. Your friends at Mind Vapes would love to help! If a product arrives defective, please contact us within 72 hours to report this issue.

IMPORTANT: Some vaporizer brands require us to direct customers who are having issues with their products directly to them for technical support.

Please include clear videos or photos, whichever are appropriate, showing the issue as visual proof for us to determine how to proceed with the reported problem. Please note that it is highly likely that we will ask for a video as a usual requirement. We will then assist with directing you to the manufacturer or otherwise, depending on the brand of vaporizer you purchased and its warranty guidelines. After we/wholesaler/manufacturer confirm the issue using the video/photo, we/wholesaler/manufacturer will issue you a replacement. In case a refund is requested rather than a replacement, it is necessary that the defective product is returned before we issue a refund. If the defective item is not returned to us, a refund cannot be issued.


To be able to return your item for a refund or exchange, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery, we will then provide our return process, address, and issue an RMA number that must be visible on the outside of the return box or we will not accept the package. You have 7 days from issuance of RMA Number to drop off the package at your nearest post office.


Upon receiving your return package marked with an RMA number, we will thoroughly inspect it for use by checking the coil color, scent of the chamber, and an overall visual inspection of the exterior. Therefore, vapes that were tested, even without remnants of material in the chamber, are still considered used and will be returned to the customer at their own expense. Because of this, we strongly advise researching what specific vaporizer you think embodies what you need before ordering! Once returned item/s pass inspection, we will contact you again to issue a refund or process an exchange. Refunds do not include expedited shipping fees.
