RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, all returned products must be completely unused. We truly appreciate your understanding.
All sales are considered final once shipped; however, returns may be accepted under the conditions outlined in this policy.

RETURN PROCESS
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first so we can provide the correct Return Center address (this is different from the shipping address).
To ensure your return is processed smoothly:
- Include your name and order number inside the package
- Ship the item securely to avoid damage during transit
- Use a trackable shipping method
IMPORTANT: If the returned item is damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging or handling, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments. A refund can only be issued once the item is successfully received and inspected.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances due to the following reasons:
- All sales are considered final.
- Returns are initiated at the customer’s discretion, therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to ship the item back if they wish to receive a refund / exchange.
EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances due to the following reasons:
1. Exchanges are requested at the customer’s discretion, therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
2. A shipping fee is required to send out the exchanged product. An invoice will be provided, and the exchange will only be shipped once the invoice has been paid.
3. Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
All shipping-related fees are non-refundable, including:
- Original shipping fees paid at checkout
- Expedited or Priority Shipping fees
- Return shipping costs
This applies under all circumstances, including carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the order has been shipped.
RETURN TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
We do not accept returns sent via “Return to Sender” or refused deliveries.
Any package returned to the original shipping address instead of our designated Return Center may:
- Not be processed as a valid return
- Be subject to additional shipping fees
- Be rejected or delayed

METICULOUS INSPECTION
All returned items undergo a detailed inspection.
We check for:
- Coil condition and color
- Any residual scent in the chamber
- Physical signs of use or wear
Important: Any item showing signs of use or even minimal testing, will be classified as used and is not eligible for a refund / exchange.
Used items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
Defective or faulty products are not usually covered under our standard Return Policy, as we follow a separate process for these cases.
If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos or videos showing the issue. A video is typically required so the manufacturer can verify the problem.
Most products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and in many cases, we will direct you to the manufacturer for faster resolution. However, we’re always happy to assist in coordinating the process whenever possible.
Once the issue is confirmed by us, the wholesaler, or the manufacturer:

If a refund is requested instead of a replacement, the defective item must be returned first. Refunds cannot be issued unless the item is returned and inspected.
REFUNDS
Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after inspection. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
