RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We allow a generous window of 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any unused / unopened purchases that you feel may not be right for you. Due to health & hygienic reasons, we cannot stress enough that products must be unused. We, at Mind Vapes, would love to help! Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, if you'd like to return your order, please reach out to us via email for detailed instructions. Kindly note that our return center is located at a different address than the one on the shipping label, and we’ll provide you with the correct return details. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll process your refund promptly, provided there are no issues.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product arrives defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt to report the issue. Please note that defective or faulty products are not covered under our standard return policy, which applies only to unused and fully functional items.
IMPORTANT: Most vaporizer brands require us to direct our customers to contact them directly for support if there are any issues with their products.
Please include clear videos or photos, whichever is appropriate, showing the issue as visual proof for us to determine how to proceed with the reported problem. Please note that it is highly likely that we will ask for a video as a usual requirement. We will then assist with directing you to the manufacturer or otherwise, depending on the brand of vaporizer you purchased and its warranty guidelines. After we/wholesaler/manufacturer confirm the issue using the video/photo, we/wholesaler/manufacturer will issue you a replacement. In case a refund is requested rather than a replacement, it is necessary that the defective product is returned before we issue a refund. If the defective item is not returned to us, a refund cannot be issued.
METICULOUS INSPECTION
When returning a product, please ensure the package is clearly marked with your order number. Once we receive your return, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to determine whether the product has been used. This includes checking the coil color, the scent of the chamber, and performing a visual inspection of the exterior.
Please note: Vaporizers that show signs of testing, such as altered coil color or residual scent in the chamber, will be classified as used, even if no material remains. Used items cannot be refunded and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend researching and selecting the vaporizer that best suits your needs prior to making a purchase.
If the returned item passes inspection, we will contact you to process a refund or exchange. Please be aware that expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
