Now why would we stress you guys out with annoying shipping fees? We love our customers! So much so that we’re nipping your shipping fee in the bud! Absolutely FREE shipping, nationwide!
DISCREET PACKAGING & BILLING INFORMATION
We here at Mind Vapes, value our customer’s privacy and make it a point to keep all your personal affairs on the down-low, so we ship in plain boxes and envelopes marked only with the shipping labels. Our company name will simply show as MIND VAPES on your billing statements and as the shipper on your package.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer quicker alternatives to ship, in case you’re in a rush to receive your new vaporizer, vape parts, or accessories. You may choose from the following:
- Priority (1-3 days)
- Express (Overnight / Cut Off Time: 10 AM PST)
Whether paid shipping or free shipping, all orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours.
IMPORTANT: Please note that we DO NOT ship orders during weekends and major holidays, as our local post office is closed. UPS does not pick up packages on Saturdays. Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
If you have placed an order on a weekend with paid shipping and would like to switch to free shipping, please contact us before the following business day. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the necessary changes once your order has been processed.
DISCLAIMER: We cannot be held liable for delays caused by your carrier of choice, as this is completely out of our hands. Therefore, delayed packages for expedited orders cannot be refunded. The expected delivery dates provided by the carriers are merely estimates and do not guarantee arrival on time. We suggest contacting them for better assistance in these matters. Thank you!
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
We may put signature confirmation on your package, especially on high value orders. This is to ensure proper delivery of your order without the nerve-wracking anxiety of coming home to missing packages of merchandise.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mind Vapes is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after the tracking information shows "delivered." If it is stolen or lost, it is not our responsibility to replace the product or refund you for the loss.
If you have not received the package after the tracking information shows "delivered," please ask all your house members. Someone might have accidentally taken your package. If you still have not received your package, please go to your local post office and ask them about your package. They might have it or might deliver your package 1-3 days after the tracking shows "delivered."
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
If in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged and unusable, you must notify us within 72 hours from date of delivery. Please email us the following photos, as well.

MISSING ITEM/S OR PART/S
If in the unfortunate event that your order arrives and you find that an item or part is missing, you must notify us within 72 hours from date of delivery. Please email us the following photos, as well.

- A Clear Video showing All the Items in the Package/Box
