Wondering about your Order?

You will receive tracking information via email, once your order is ready to ship. To check manually, click the My Account icon at the top right of our webpage.
Click the My Account icon at the top right of our webpage. If your order displays your Package Tracking Number, please contact USPS or FedEx to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of Delivered, please contact customer service for further assistance.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
What else should you know?
You must pay 9% sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse, which is California. Other than CA residents, we don't charge any additional sales tax.

You may print the emailed Order Confirmation you will receive or simply click the My Account icon at the top right of our webpage to view a printable copy.

We offer free ground shipping within the US, with expedited options as well. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the My Account icon at the top right of our webpage to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.
What about International Orders?
We can ship worldwide but you must shoulder the shipping fee to your location, which will be based on package weight. For additional information or assistance, please contact our customer service.
We accept Credit Card Payments via Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card, as well as pre-paid Credit Cards (billing address must be registered on card). During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive your payment.
