I'm new to it but it seems to do the trick works well I may up grade later

First, I would like to say that the design is magnificent, the glass mouth piece, buttons, LED screen is wonderful. But...the magnetic cap does not stay on good, it's easy to fall off. The session time is very short (3 minutes).The battery life is terrible (you can maybe get 4-5 sessions before the battery starts to die). It takes a long time for the battery to charge even when you use a fast charger. Please don't let me go back to G PEN. I would love to stay with you guys but you need to step your game up. ✌🏾

It works great, except oil builds-up in the mouthpiece and it does not come apart for cleaning. So, the screen (about ten toothpick size holes) gets clogged and gurgles unless you tip it upside down, in which case oil runs into the mouthpiece and you have to swab it out before it cools. Horrible design flaw in an otherwise great product.
