About Author: Dahlia Day
I write under the pseudonym Dahlia Day and see myself as an open-minded medical professional, navigating the challenges of today’s world by focusing on sharing love, knowledge, and compassion. My brother always emphasized the importance of backing up beliefs with facts, and that advice has driven me to consistently seek out and share reliable information.
I studied health science at Cal State University, where I initially pursued a degree in Occupational Therapy while minoring in Fine Arts. During that time, I also explored tattooing, finding a rewarding intersection between art and health science. However, after several years in the tattoo industry, I sought something more fulfilling. Around the mid-2000s, as the medicinal use of cannabis gained traction, I became immersed in its culture while interning in a clinical setting. This exposure opened my eyes to the wealth of research supporting cannabis’ therapeutic benefits.
To support myself, I worked in a local dispensary, where I gained deeper insights into the medicinal aspects of cannabis. Since then, I’ve expanded my expertise by working in vaporizer and smoke shops, further fueling my passion for testing and reviewing smoking devices like bongs, dab rigs, pipes, vape pens, 510 batteries, and dry herb vaporizers.
I review smoking products and write informational articles to help people better understand these devices and make informed purchasing decisions. With the rapid advancements in smoking technology, it can be overwhelming to sort through all the options. My goal is to educate and guide people to find the perfect device that meets their needs. By staying informed on the latest trends, I strive to offer valuable insights that help others make confident, well-informed choices.
