Orders containing The Kind Pen / Glass products are shipped directly from their East Coast warehouse, which may add an additional 1–2 business days to processing and delivery time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

📦 Returned to Sender / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery

We will contact you once the package is returned.

  • Reshipping will require payment of the original shipping cost
  • If you choose not to reship, we will issue a refund for the item cost only (shipping fees excluded)

 


 

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking shows “Delivered,” responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are unable to replace or refund packages marked as delivered.

If you cannot locate your package, please:

  • Check with household members
  • Check with neighbors
  • Contact your local post office

Please note that in some cases, USPS may mark packages as delivered 1–3 days before actual delivery.

🔁 Exchanges

We’re happy to assist with exchanges to ensure you receive the correct item.

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us first at wecare@mindvapes.com with your order details and reason for the exchange.

Important Notes for Exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item
  • A shipping fee will be charged to send out the exchanged product
  • We will send you an invoice for the shipping cost and will proceed with shipping the exchange once the invoice has been paid
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items must meet our return conditions (unused, unopened, and in original condition) to be eligible for exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange and ship out the replacement item accordingly.

Your package may still be on its way even if tracking hasn’t updated. It’s also normal for tracking to take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created. Rest assured, your order is still in progress and moving through the carrier’s network.
