Instead of a traditional button, the Yocan ZIVA Pro has a touch-sensitive button. We found that you only need to tap it gently to operate the device. Pressing it hard is not recommended. Please be gentle and patient.
Also, when the ZIVA Pro smart vaporizer mod is stored in very cold conditions and then begins to heat up, the plastic mouthpiece may crack. So please avoid storing the device in cold places.
